Conference Registration is Now Open!

Currently, online registration is not available. Hotel Information
As you may already be aware, Soaring Eagle’s hotel is scheduled to be under construction during the duration of our Annual Conference, which has greatly impacted the availability of our usual block of rooms. The rooms that are available to us within the block are now open to be reserved. Please make your reservation by calling the hotel at 877-232-4532 (option #1 for reservations) and reference group code: MITA012120. You can also make reservations by visiting www.soaringeaglecasino.com or by faxing the attached hotel reservation from. These rooms will not last long, so do not delay. 

If you are unable to secure a room at the casino hotel, an additional block of rooms is being held both at the Soaring Eagle Waterpark hotel as well as the Holiday Inn & Suites, both of which are in close proximity to the venue and will include a shuttle service to help ease the inconvenience of staying off site.

In the event that you are staying off site but would like to be moved to the casino hotel, you can ask that your name be added to a waitlist, should anyone cancel and a room becomes available. We will do our best to accommodate those requests. Waitlist requests should be emailed to daniellecoppersmith@thinkmita.org.
